What do we do with your personal information?

We collect personal information from you such as name, address, telephone number and email address when a valuation form is completed by you.

Please do not submit your personal information to us if you do not wish us to collect it.

The personal information you provide to us will be used for the purposes of administration, processing the purchase of a vehicle.

Please note that we will not hold your personal information for any longer than is reasonably necessary or required by law. And we will not share your personal information with any third party.

Do I have a right to object to data processing?

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. This only applies where the grounds for processing are:

  • The processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by a third party, or
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest

You also have the right to object specifically to the processing of your personal information for the purposes of direction marketing. If you object to the processing of your personal information in this way, then WeWantAnyCar will no longer process it for that purpose.

Why do we need your email and telephone number?

We require your email address, so we can email your valuation. You will not be added to our marketing mailing list, unless you have specified otherwise.

We require your telephone number to call you to arrange your appointment.
